These new implementations underscore the fact that law departments are addressing the need to bring efficiency, cost savings and the right technology to improve internal scanning and paper management initiatives.

Larger scan jobs can be sent to the office services center, which is managed by Ricoh. KwikTag’s patented tagging method means each job sent to Ricoh office services is bar coded for automatic scan workflow processing. The Ricoh staff provides the labor and expertise to manage centralized KwikTag Legal operations. Large individual jobs, backfile conversions, and post-scan paper retirement are services that can be absorbed by the Ricoh staff.
