DocSolid Tackles Scanbition at ALA Conference with Presentation from Vice President David Guilbault

PHOENIX – April 18, 2012 – DocSolid, a leader in document scanning solutions for the legal market, today announced that its Vice President David Guilbault will be presenting at the Association of Legal Administrators’ (ALA) Annual Conference. The session titled “Scan with a Plan: What Is Your Firm’s Scanbition?” is scheduled for April 24 at 2:15 PM and outlines how strategic scanning helps law firms reduce paper storage and expenses and create a more efficient work environment.

Guilbault will lead an interactive discussion on how to apply strategic scanning to fulfill your firm’s scanbition. He’ll include best practices in place at some of the nation’s leading law firms for security, job integrity and productivity that lead to a significant reduction of a firm’s file room and paper storage.

Dave comes to DocSolid from ImageTag, where he led product management and spearheaded the design and development of its industry-leading paper capture solution, KwikTag. He advanced to Vice President, Customer Care, and managed ImageTag’s customer-facing programs including customer loyalty, education and professional services. These programs were the drivers of the customer relationship, leveraging Dave’s ability to tune technology against customer needs. Prior to joining ImageTag, David spent eight years with Xerox in systems analysis and technical sales. This tenure provided a unique perspective on users’ interaction with documents and devices in large organizations.

David is a U.S. patent holder with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Maine. As a French-Canadian Mexican, Dave is very interested in immigration reform and politics in general. He is an Army veteran and loves gadgets, golf, and getting away with his wife Bonnie.
