Devine Millimet Maximizes Paper Capture and Document Management with DocSolid KwikTag for Worldox®

Phoenix – Dec. 13, 2010 – DocSolid®, makers of KwikTag® document imaging for law firms, together with World Software Corporation®, the company behind the award winning Worldox® Document Management System (DMS) software, today announced that the law firm of Devine Millimet has successfully concluded its pilot implementation of KwikTag for Worldox. Firm-wide rollout is scheduled for January.

Devine Millimet, a New Hampshire-based law firm, has more than 80 lawyers and 200 employees. In 2001, the firm installed Worldox and invested in adopting and optimizing electronic document management. Scanning paper documents into digital format became a priority as Worldox became part of Devine’s mainstream workflow, and that’s why KwikTag became essential.

Using KwikTag for Worldox, Devine Millimet users can now profile paper documents directly into Worldox. A KwikTag bar code label is attached to the paper document, which links it to the document’s Worldox profile and client matter folder. Users then scan the documents, which are converted to searchable PDF files and automatically filed in the Worldox repository. Automatic audits during and after the scanning ensure that each document is captured properly. KwikTag uses any brand of MFP or scanner, with a one-button operation and without complex logins or typing at the machines.
