Hiring of David Guilbault and Nadya Britton Underscore Company’s Continued
Growth in the Legal Industry

PHOENIX – Oct. 19, 2010 – DocSolid, a leading provider of digital imaging solutions to law firms, today announced that it has hired David Guilbault as vice president and Nadya Britton as sales manager. The new additions reflect the demand by law firms for the company’s paper-to-digital capture solutions.
In his role as vice president, David Guilbault will provide strategic vision and direction for all sales activities while also serving as a member of the corporate executive staff.

An accomplished technology veteran, Guilbault has more than 20 years of experience in product management, document imaging and sales. Most recently, he served as vice president of customer care for ImageTag where he focused on ensuring both customers and partners achieve a return on their document imaging investment. He led product management at ImageTag prior to his vice presidency and also spearheaded the design and development of industry-leading paper capture solution KwikTag. Prior to ImageTag, Guilbault spent eight years at Xerox in systems analyst and product specialist roles.

Nadya Britton joins DocSolid as sales manager with almost 15 years of experience in the legal industry. She previously worked as sales manager for ALM Events, which hosts more than 275 legal and business events on three continents, including the premier show LegalTech.  She also served as sales manager for Incisive Media Events, which hosts business, financial and legal events worldwide. As sales manager, Britton will lead business development for DocSolid in the legal market.
