DocSolid will provide KwikTag® document imaging software to law firms
June 1, 2009, PHOENIX, AZ – DocSolid, a team of document imaging industry business founders, today announced that it has bought ImageTag, Inc.’s legal sector document imaging business. ImageTag, Inc. develops KwikTag document imaging software, a patented, award-winning digital solution for connecting people, process and paper. DocSolid will support existing KwikTag legal customers while extending the patented paper-to-digital solution into the legal market. Steve Irons, founder of ImageTag and inventor of KwikTag software, will run DocSolid with an established team of capture software and law firm market experts. DocSolid will focus on new sales and innovative solutions, broadening its existing portfolio of integrations with software such as Interwoven, Open Text, Aderant-CMS, Metastorm, Elite, and Microsoft Office.
Joining Mr. Irons as part of the DocSolid team are Eric Lynn, director of customer services, and Marc Jankowski, director of sales. Combined, the team brings more than 25 years of experience in selling, supporting and customizing KwikTag software, and over 40 years in the document imaging business. As the original builders of ImageTag’s legal market initiative, DocSolid ensures customers a seamless transition, as well as unmatched
expertise for support, customer service, and solution design.
