Scanning to NetDocuments with barcodes labels or use the native coversheet feature included in NetDocuments.

After selecting a recipient or a workflow destination in the Airmail2 software program, a Postmark® barcode stamp is placed on the first page of the paper document, linking it with that unique mail instruction. Stamped documents improve productivity because they enable multiple documents to be scanned in stacks all at once. The Airmail2 software reads each barcode, sending the digital documents to their destination folder in NetDocuments.
