Existing Customer Cloud Conversions

Customers with DocSolid software installed on premise can convert to the new cloud SaaS.

What happens to our license?

Answer: The license converts to a subscription, replacing the existing support renewal. The unused portion of the current Support Agreement is pro-rated.

How do we move from on-premise to the cloud?

Answer: DocSolid provisions the new system for your firm. It involves minimal IT resources from the customer because DocSolid does the work. The existing on premise software will continue to operate with no interruptions and it may be kept running in tandem for up to 60 days. The customer chooses a start date to begin using Airmail2 Cloud. The transition does not involve a database migration, enabling a clean cut over with zero downtime.

How much does it cost?

Answer: This depends on the customer’s current license… In general terms, it is the cost of your current support renewal + hosting. There is a one-time fee for the conversion project which includes consulting services. Contact us to request a quote. Special pricing is available for the purchase of a cloud conversion now through December 31, 2024.

Our firm is keeping iManage on premise for the foreseeable future… What about us?

Answer: We continue to support iManage customers on premise. The Universal API enables a seamless transition to cloud at any point in the future.

How do I determine if we are eligible for a cloud conversion?

Answer: Eligible customers are those with an active, paid DocSolid support agreement:

Currently using a cloud-based DMS including; iManage Cloud, NetDocuments, Microsoft SharePoint.

Migrating from iManage on premise to iManage Cloud. The Airmail2 Cloud cut over will be aligned with the timing of that project.
